When I went to check into my room I was told the system canceled my reservation due to an issue with my card. The lady said I should have received an email. I would not have drove over 2 hours had I known this. The manager came over and also told me they were fully booked. Well after feeling completely awful and not sure what I was going to do, the manager miraculously found me a room. Otherwise I love playing and staying here at Ballys

Tried to get a bite to eat at the bar/sports book with my wife, who is disabled and needed to wait to be seated. We waited but no one showed up to seat us. Saw a server who also saw us but got no service and we left.

Decided to come and play poker. First I got a players card for the first time and they don’t offer a sign up bonus, and the guy didn’t even welcome me. The poker room doesn’t allow you to wear a hoodie which is the first poker room I have ever experienced that with. After today I will not be back here again. For a 6 table poker room this room is too strict
